RENTAL RATES:

ADDITIONAL FEES:

for any access for setup and decorations prior to the event

Will be charged if the building is not cleaned up after the event

RESTRICTIONS:

There is no smoking inside the building.

All deposits are due at the time of booking. Bookings are not considered complete until a signed lease agreement is submitted and the $200 deposit has been paid.

Events must be paid in full by no later than 10 days before the event start.

All renters are required to clean the rented areas before leaving the facility. Any uncleaned area may result in the Cleanup Fee being assessed against the renter.

All alcohol on the premises or in the building at any time for any reason should be in accordance with the lease agreement.
CANCELATION POLICY
Any scheduled event that has not been paid in full by no later than 10 days prior to the event will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited to Scottish Rite. Any request to cancel must be in writing and received by no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. All cancellation requests must be approved by Scottish Rite. If approved, the deposits will be refunded back to the renter.
